Beautiful breakfast room and rich buffet with also local specialities. Cozy terrace with upholstered furniture, inside several sitting areas with elegant furnishings. Friendly, courteous staff. Ideal quiet location in the middle of the old town. Good restaurant in the same alley (Bistro Pulcinella), also inviting coffees and bars.
Our room was little bigger than the comfortable double bed.

Breakfast in the "historical" room feels great, tastes great and has a large selection! Great old house, very nice, big rooms! Friendly staff. Located directly in the historical center, perfect to explore Naples. Taxi to the airport just under 20€

We booked comfort queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The employees were attentive and kept it all reasonably clean.

The breakfast was extensive and of very good quality. The atmosphere in this really beautiful room was great.
We had a quite nice room facing the street. Since there was the "celebration mile" under the window, so to speak, one could hear everything despite closed window. It was really quite loud. The next day we got another room.

Good location to explore the city. Good room facilities and beautiful building. Above average breakfast. Parking in secure underground car park for € 30 / night nearby.
The staff at the reception desk was very helpful. At breakfast, you had to actively approach the staff to get coffee. All in all, the stay lacked that certain something in several respects, which did not justify the price.

Amazing interior design - wonderful high ceilings, floor to ceiling doors opening out to a balcony, grand ball room (where breakfast is served). Lovely hotel.
Location was a bit tricky to find - and the communal areas leading up to hotel (entrance and staircase) belonged to looked to be in quite poor condition. This might have been intended to be part of the "charm", but our group of friends found it a bit poor.

An exceptionally agreeable hotel. We were warmly greeted by the manager at reception on arrival and proudly taken on a guided tour of the hotel's facilities and our bedroom. Throughout the stay the desk staff were very helpful and even managed to get us tickets for the opera - normally impossible. The bedrooms and public space are clean and elegantly furnished in traditional style and the breakfast room, originally part of a bishop's palace, is amazing.
There's little to fault in this hotel. The lighting in the bedroom and sitting room wasn't conducive to reading and the breakfast didn't quite do justice to the palatial breakfast room.

We were impressed by the energy and commitment of the reception staff. On arrival, we were provided with maps and restaurant recommendations; the two we tried were good value. On our departure date, there was a rail strike; the young man on the desk took pains to clarify the situation of our trains. Our room was large and airy, with a seating area.
The bedroom would benefit from the addition of a luggage rest. The "fruit juice" offered at breakfast appeared to be a powder reconstituted with water and is neither worthy of the impressive room in which it is served nor acceptable in a country full of orange groves.

Great location but noisy nights!
We stayed for 3 nights and got a room right next to a loud bar. It was really hard to sleep with all the noise. The area was super convenient, though, and we loved walking to nearby restaurants. Breakfast was cool and simple. Just wish the staff seemed more engaged. They were friendly but not very attentive.

The Piano room where we had breakfast was beautiful. The bathrooms were really lovely, very clean, well maintained and nicely designed. The rooms were well proportioned although a little dark, but didn't feel too bad as the ceilings were very high and we didn't spend much time in it except to sleep and there was a little shared balcony. It was well located to the shops and restaurants of the old town and not too far from the ferry port. Also the reception staff were extremely helpful.
The outside of the building and entrance to the 2nd floor doesn't look very nice and at bit daunting when you use the stairwell for the first time and really doesn't do the hotel justice. Although I am sure the area is quite safe.

We loved the palatial interior of the hotel, literally 'hidden' from the street. The exterior looks quite neglected, and it is almost impossible to recognise this as a hotel from the street, but in our minds this made the hotel all the more special..this hotel is located in the historic centre of Naples and you feel as if you are part of the Naples experience! The room was large and very well appointed. Lovely crisp sheets on beds, fluffy towels in new bathroom, large TV with skybox. We booked a triple room for 2 adults, 2 children, and there was plenty of room for the 2 stretcher beds. Breakfast in gorgeous ballroom. Fabrizio on the reception desk was very professional and helpful. Great value.

The hotel is not easy to find so it's best to get a taxi from the airport/station. The staff were so helpful and friendly finding us the best Pizza restaurants, museums etc.

The room sizes can be deceiving. They lean toward the small side. I encountered a confusing layout when trying to find my room and the breakfast area. The Wi-Fi connectivity felt spotty, causing frustration when trying to stay connected. There can be street noise during the night, which might wake light sleepers. Bathrooms tend to be compact, with little room to maneuver, so could. Having inconsistent hot water was a slight inconvenience, especially during those peak morning moments.
